Lodge Cast Iron Skillet is electrostatically coated with a proprietary vegetable oil and cured at high temperatures to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the surface of the cast-iron. Saute, sear, fry, bake, and stir fry. Use on all cooking surfaces, grills, and campfires. Sturdy, integral, ovenproof handle and assist handle provide lifelong durability. Hand wash and dry immediately – rub with a light coat of vegetable oil after every wash. Oven safe. Lid included.
